Soo has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Alex Soo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conway looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Soo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Soo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Conway throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Soo throws a head kick that misses.
Conway swinging wilding here.
Conway throws a leg kick but Soo sees it coming and moves out of range.

Soo tries to close the distance and clinch but Conway swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Soo fails in his attempt to clinch.

Conway bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
