Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Chinatown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Born To Win. The crowd seem to be enjoying Chinatown's choice of entrance music: Cocaine in my brain - Dillinger. Charlie Chinatown has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chinatown shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Gracie kicks Chinatown off and gets to his feet.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Charlie Chinatown wasn't active enough on the ground.

Chinatown feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Chinatown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gracie can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chinatown controls the pace.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chinatown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Chinatown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chinatown has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.

What can Gracie do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Chinatown doesn't have the hooks in and Gracie manages to turn into his guard.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chinatown swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gracie wants to get up but he can't break Chinatown's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Chinatown manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Gracie just misses with a punch to the body.

Chinatown takes a little break here. Gracie wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Gracie tries to buck Chinatown off but Chinatown is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well Chinatown has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
