Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Angel Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Tevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Down under by men at work. Carlos Tevez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tevez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Davis as he jumps to the side.
Davis circles away from the clinch attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tevez.
Carlos Tevez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis scores with a shot to the body.

Davis pushes Tevez up against the cage in a clinch.
Tevez is working for takedown but Davis is calmly controlling the position for now.
Angel Davis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Tevez.

Tevez tries to score a body lock takedown but Davis shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Davis lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Davis is breathing heavily.
The is referee keeping an eye on Davis - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Tevez is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Tevez tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Tevez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Davis's waist but Davis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tevez off to one side.
Tevez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tevez shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Davis as he avoids it easily.
Tevez shoots in for a double leg but Davis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Davis tries to clinch but Tevez moves out of range.

Tevez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Davis sprawls well initially but Tevez persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Davis is in trouble now - Tevez has advanced to mount!
Davis is trying to stand up.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Tevez has eaten all the pies!

Tevez has hold of Davis's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Davis manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Tevez looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Tevez wants to control the pace but Davis is squirming around nicely.
Tevez lands a big shot there that rocks Davis but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Tevez working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Tevez has isolated one of Davis's arms. Davis looking to fight him off but Tevez twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
