Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kieran Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hart Nox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doyle comes to the cage accompanied by Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows. Hart Nox is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doyle dodges the punch combination from Nox.
Nox throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Doyle could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Doyle misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kieran Doyle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Doyle throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nox scores with a jab. Doyle acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

It looks like Kieran Doyle has been cut.
A combination from Doyle does no damage.
Doyle throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nox drops Doyle with a nice combination! Nox dives into Doyle's guard, looking to finish!

Doyle is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nox content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Oh Doyle is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Doyle avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Nox trying to control but Doyle is working from the bottom.

Doyle is breathing heavily.
Nox postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Doyle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nox gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Nox is in close to Doyle's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nox slips nicely into half guard.
Nox moves nicely into side control.

Doyle takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Nox tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nox has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Nox tries to advance to mount but can't.
Nox working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Doyle is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Nox off and has taken his back!
Doyle just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Doyle misses with a punch to the head.
Doyle is trying to stick to Nox's back but Nox is turning into Doyle. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Doyle's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Nox.

Nox trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Nox in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Doyle wants to sweep here but Nox controlling him for the moment.

Doyle is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Nox works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Nox scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Nox wants to free his trapped foot but Doyle is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Doyle is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Nox scores with a couple of nice shots.
Nox is keen to just control but Doyle is a slippery customer.
Doyle is trying to get back to full guard.
Nox lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Nox is trying to control the action in half guard but Doyle is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Doyle has one foot on Nox's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Nox drops Doyle with a left right combo! Nox follows him down to the ground into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nox lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Doyle down.

Kieran Doyle's cut is getting worse.

Doyle tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Nox wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Nox is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Doyle knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Nox scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Doyle to see if he's OK.

Jeez, Kieran Doyle's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kieran Doyle's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
