Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Sakamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida has chosen For Whom The Bell Tolls as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses with the combination.
Sakamoto lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Sakamoto scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Sakamoto throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sakamoto throws a leg kick
and Machida counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Machida throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Paul Sakamoto has been cut.
Sakamoto throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Machida connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sakamoto throws a hook to the side of Machida's head but Machida sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Machida doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sakamoto digs a good body shot into Machida's ribs.
Machida lands a high kick!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sakamoto, as that shot connected.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sakamoto throws a series of punches but Machida avoids them all with ease.
Sakamoto throws a body punch but Machida moves out of range.
Sakamoto swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A shot to the body from Sakamoto misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Sakamoto misses with a combination
and Sakamoto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sakamoto misses with an uppercut
and Machida counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Sakamoto is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Machida counters with a nice kick to the body.
Sakamoto is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Machida throws a jab when Sakamoto was well out of range.
Sakamoto throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Machida counters with a huge head kick that drops Sakamoto! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
