Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Cabreros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cabreros comes to the cage accompanied by Love is what i got. Thomas has chosen Muse - Knights of Cydonia as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Peter Cabreros could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ryan Thomas's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Thomas!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabreros throws a sloppy head kick and Thomas moves out of range easily.

Cabreros closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Thomas to the mat! Thomas manages to get full guard.

Cabreros throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Thomas shoots in but Cabreros avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Thomas decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cabreros's guard.

Cabreros is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Thomas is thwarting Cabreros's attempts to control the position.

Thomas throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cabreros works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Cabreros wants to get up but he can't break Thomas's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
