The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Peters avoids it really well and circles away.

Peters clinches up against the cage.
Peters tries to pull guard but Wilson holds him up against the cage and eventually Peters drops back down to his feet.
Peters takes an elbow to the temple.
Peters blocks an uppercut.
Wilson lands a body punch in the clinch.
Peters is looking to break free of the clinch but Wilson has double underhooks.
Peters blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Peters lands a body shot.
Peters blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Wilson misses with a hook from the clinch.
Peters drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Peters tries to break the clinch but Wilson is controlling the position.
Wilson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Peters's efforts to push away.
Wilson scores with a shoulder strike.

Wilson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wilson throws a series of punches but Peters avoids them all with ease.
Wilson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Peters shoots in and drives through. Wilson sprawls well.
Dave Wilson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Franck Peters.

Peters gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Wilson lands a shoulder strike.
Wilson throws a punch but it's blocked by Peters.
Wilson lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Peters stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Wilson has hold of Peters's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Peters seems comfortable defending it but Wilson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Peters is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Peters is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Wilson couldn't care less - he's delighted!
