The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velara looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Jobber!
Velara connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Velara will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Velara cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Velara has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Velara cracks Jobber with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Velara is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Jobber can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jobber is still in real trouble! Can Velara finish him?
Jobber should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
A big strike lands for Velara! That's really hurt Jobber and he's turned his back - Velara keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Velara jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
