The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zordick shoots in for a takedown but Mansour shows good takedown defense.
Zordick throws a nice inside leg kick.
Mansour chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Zordick can pounce on him.
Zordick pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zordick throws a right hand that misses
and Mansour connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mansour misses with a straight left.
Zordick tried to score with a low kick but Mansour checks it.
Zordick has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mansour finds it's way round the side to connect with Zordick's head.
Mansour misses with a hook. Zordick ducked under it nicely.
Zordick takes a jab right on the kisser.
Mansour misses with a straight right.
Zordick throws out a leg kick but Mansour moves out of range and Zordick only half commits.
Mansour throws out a loose jab but Zordick uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zordick misses with a takedown attempt - Mansour sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Zordick shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mansour napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Mansour tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Zordick wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mansour keeps working.

Zordick has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Mansour!

Zordick has hold of Mansour's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mansour manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Mansour on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mansour tries to get out of the position.

Zordick with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Zordick looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Zordick fails to move to back control.

Zordick has control of Mansour's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mansour regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Zordick is standing up, even though he is in mount.
A slapping body kick lands there for Zordick.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zordick motions for Mansour to come forward. Zordick throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Zordick prevents Mansour from improving his position.

Kahlua Zordick dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Zordick looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mansour is fending him off so far but Zordick persists. Nope, Mansour circles away and we're back to standing.

Mansour moves out of range as Zordick throws a body kick.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Zordick. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

and Zordick counters with a good low kick that Mansour was not able to check.

Mansour is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Mansour moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zordick is defended easily by Mansour.
Kenneth Mansour has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kahlua Zordick.
Zordick throws out a leg kick but Mansour moves out of range and Zordick only half commits.
Mansour throws a lazy uppercut
and Zordick counters with an inside leg kick.
Zordick will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Zordick uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mansour.
Mansour blocks a head kick by Zordick.
Mansour moves out of range of the leg kick from Zordick.

Zordick tries to land a leg kick but Mansour saw it coming and moves away.
Mansour keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Zordick shoots in for a double leg but Mansour sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Zordick looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Zordick fails to land the takedown.
Zordick throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mansour is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Zordick shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mansour sprawls well. Mansour wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zordick gets slowly back to his feet.
Zordick tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mansour sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zordick somewhat.
Mansour is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Zordick working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Zordick has hold of Mansour's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Mansour tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Zordick cranks the arm and Mansour screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Mansour, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
