Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thunder Lips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gray Test (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gray Test has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lips misses with a head kick.
Lips has his takedown stuffed
and Test connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Test shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Test prevents Lips from getting the reversal.
Test is trying to take his opponent's back.

Test has hold of Lips's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Lips manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Lips wants to hold on but Test pushes him away.
Lips really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Lips tries to hold on but Test postures up.

Test goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Lips turns into him and now he's in Test's guard.

Lips drops back looking for a leg! Test is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Test manages to kick Lips off! Lips jumps back into Test's guard.
Test wants to sweep here but Lips controlling him for the moment.

Lips pushing down on Test's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lips is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Test is looking to improve his position.

Lips is looking for a kimura but Test is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lips to get the leverage.
Test tries to roll over but Lips keeps him under control.

Lips stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Test to get to his feet.
Lips fails with the takedown

and Test decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lips's guard.
Test stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lips swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lips pulls Test in close to his closed guard and prevents Test from doing any damage or advancing position.

Test drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lips dives on top into guard.

Test really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lips. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lips sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Test's guard.
Test is not content to let Lips control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Test gets full guard.

Lips postures up in Test's guard and throws a big left but Test blocks it.
Test looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Test has gone for a leg lock! Lips slips out almost immediately though and dives into Test's guard.

Lips slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Lips is trying to get an arm triangle but Test is defending well.

Lips is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Test looks calm but he's in trouble here. Lips gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Test is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Lips lets go of the hold and Test can pop his arm back in it's socket.
