Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Simon Jellyroll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Unitas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jellyroll comes to the cage accompanied by The Ecstasy of Gold. David Unitas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jellyroll connects with a nice short shot to Unitas's temple.

Unitas has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jellyroll can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Unitas is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jellyroll defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Unitas has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jellyroll has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

David Unitas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jellyroll enables Unitas to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jellyroll manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Unitas is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jellyroll can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
