Gogulope comes to the cage accompanied by Bruins Goal horn and song. Lemongrass Gogulope has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagard cracks a nice hook into Gogulope's ribs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sagard is defended easily by Gogulope.
Sagard shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gogulope sprawls well. Gogulope wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sagard gets slowly back to his feet.

Sagard is trying desperately to land a takedown but Gogulope is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Sagard.

Gogulope connects with a leg kick. Sagard looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sagard's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Sagard shoots for a double leg takedown but Gogulope sprawls well. He's pushed Sagard's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Seven Sagard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lemongrass Gogulope will probably get the nod.

Gogulope goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Sagard tries to bum rush Gogulope with a series of wild strikes but Gogulope uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sagard shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gogulope but Gogulope pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Seven Sagard is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Gogulope tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sagard swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Sagard shoots in for a takedown but Gogulope shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sagard has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sagard there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Seven Sagard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
