Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andres Machete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haiki Masatupo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Machete might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sandstorm - Darude. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

and Machete takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Machete wants to land a leg kick but Masatupo is out of range.
Machete misses with a few strikes there.
Machete tries to bum rush Masatupo with a series of wild strikes but Masatupo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Haiki Masatupo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

You get the feeling that Machete really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

You get the feeling that Machete really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Haiki Masatupo has got the better of the ground game so far.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Haiki Masatupo wasn't active enough on the ground.

Machete stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Machete wants it to stay on the feet.
