Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hilario Rojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Dwyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hilario Rojo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Dwyer!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojo throws a lazy head kick
and Dwyer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rojo wants to clinch but Dwyer slips to the side
and Dwyer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rojo throws a head kick but Dwyer moves out of range.
Dwyer looks to land a combination but Rojo avoids it well.
Dwyer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Rojo misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from Rojo.
Rojo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rojo throws a head kick but Dwyer moves out of range.
Dwyer is looking to land body kicks.
Dwyer is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rojo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Dwyer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rojo tries to avoid it but Dwyer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rojo to the ground. Rojo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rojo is in a horrible position here. Dwyer smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Dwyer goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rojo is on top in guard.

Dwyer is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rojo is controlling him.

Dwyer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dwyer is looking to take a break and control but Rojo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Rojo closes the distance and pushes Dwyer back into the cage.

Rojo lands a right hand that snaps the head of Dwyer backwards.

Dwyer misses with a short punch on the inside.
Rojo lands a nice knee to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Dwyer's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Dwyer has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Rojo is trying to keep an underhook but Dwyer manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Rojo is staying active underneath Dwyer, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Dwyer is nestled in close to Rojo, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

I would just about give that final round to Michael Dwyer.
