The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Setright pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Setright shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kimura eats them both and turns towards Setright to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A head kick by Setright misses
and Setright takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Setright lands a head kick. Kimura smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Setright misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jai Setright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Setright with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Setright tries to clinch but Kimura is having none of it.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Setright. Kimura shrugs it off though.
A head kick by Kimura misses

and Setright counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Setright escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Setright's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kimura under the eye.
Setright throws a combination. Kimura tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Kimura misses with a shot to the body
and Setright cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Setright counters with a head kick that drops Kimura to the mat! Kimura scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Kimura is rocked!
Kimura is breathing heavily.
Setright drops Kimura with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kimura! Setright dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
