PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myoto Lachida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black's entrance music is Dropkick murphys - drink and fight. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Black drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lachida pulls his leg out and moves away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Lachida throws a nice looking combination but Black bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Black has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lachida can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Lachida has left one of his arms exposed and Black doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Lachida screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
