Sprout comes to the cage accompanied by Diggi Dis - Bad Dudes - Forced Enlightenment. O Donnell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dropkick Murphys - Worker's Song. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

O Donnell has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sprout defend it? O Donnell steps over the head and cranks it - Sprout is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for O Donnell!
