Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Snak The Ripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Houton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Houton has chosen Queen - I want it all as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houton throws a lazy right hand but The Ripper sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

The Ripper throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Houton tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. The Ripper is in Houton's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Houton is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. The Ripper is aware though and is defending well.

Houton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. The Ripper doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. The Ripper manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
