Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Scott Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kennedy has chosen The Fall of Troy - F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X. as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy looks to clinch
and Kennedy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kennedy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Speed throws out the jab.
Kennedy tries to clinch but Speed moves away
letting Speed counter with a right hand.
Speed avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kennedy closes the distance but Speed moves to the side
and Kennedy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Will Kennedy has been cut.
Speed looks to throw the jab but Kennedy is out of range.
Kennedy darts in trying to clinch

and Speed counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Speed is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Speed throws a right and a left that Kennedy avoids nicely.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Speed throws a monster overhand right that drops Kennedy! Speed follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
