Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakob Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beasty Kanne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tyler might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Throw the Heat - Mortician. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kanne moves to clinch but Tyler breaks away
letting Tyler counter with a right hand.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Beasty Kanne hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

and Tyler counters with a nice uppercut.
Tyler misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Tyler counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Tyler throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Tyler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kanne keeps working.

Kanne parries the strikes from Tyler easily there. Tyler is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kanne to escape.

Tyler walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Beasty Kanne is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Kanne has Tyler up against the cage in a clinch.
Tyler drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Kanne's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kanne lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kanne.

Tyler feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Tyler walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tyler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
