The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ali tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Silva tries to lock up and control but Ali gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Ali takes Silva's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Silva is in trouble.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Ali is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Silva is defending well though. Ali let's go of the attempt for now.
Silva is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Silva is trying to defend against the choke here but Ali has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Ali Tightens the hold and Silva taps out furiously! Ali displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
