Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zach Aderis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Gusmao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aderis dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Aderis misses with a takedown attempt
and Gusmao counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Aderis misses with an uppercut
and Aderis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Aderis misses with a head kick.

Aderis throws a wild body kick that Gusmao sees coming a mile off.
Aderis rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Aderis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gusmao wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Aderis feints and then cracks Gusmao's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gusmao down.
Gusmao moves out of range of the body kick from Aderis.
Aderis plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Aderis closes the distance and clinches.
Aderis breaks from the clinch.
Aderis with a poor takedown
and Gusmao counters with a straight right hand.
Gusmao throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Aderis sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gusmao scores with a hook to the body. Aderis takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Aderis wants to clinch but Gusmao slips to the side
and Gusmao counters with a stiff right hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gusmao smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gusmao throws a good cross that connects.
Zach Aderis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aderis throws a combination that misses
and Gusmao counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Gusmao postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gusmao accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gusmao postures up in Aderis's guard and throws a big left but Aderis blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gusmao connects with a couple of short punches.
Gusmao makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Aderis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gusmao on the ground.
Gusmao stands and throws Aderis's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gusmao has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
