Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alfons Aberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naama Kala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alfons Aberg could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Naama Kala's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alfons Aberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Naama Kala!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aberg gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Aberg using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

Aberg breaks the clinch.
Aberg throws a nice looking combination but Kala bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Aberg instigates a clinch.
Aberg misses with an elbow strike.
Kala jumps guard but Aberg stands there with Kala around his waist. Kala gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Aberg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Aberg rushes Kala and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kala tries to pull guard but Aberg holds him up against the cage and eventually Kala drops back down to his feet.

Aberg breaks from the clinch.
Kala misses with a body shot.

Aberg drops Kala with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kala looks back up at him and smiles so Aberg waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kala is rocked!

It looks like Naama Kala has been cut.
Kala looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Aberg moves into range and clinches up with Kala.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Aberg pulls Kala into guard.

Aberg pushes Kala off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Aberg throws a jab but it's blocked by Kala.
Aberg tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kala manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kala is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Aberg moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
