Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bittor Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Brickowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xavier comes to the cage accompanied by Mountain Song. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Xavier shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Brickowski manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Xavier is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brickowski defends it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Good leg kick by Brickowski there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Xavier fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brickowski manages to avoid it.
Xavier ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brickowski moves away.

Xavier is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Brickowski is just riding it out for now. Xavier eventually gives up the hold.
