Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pink Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bimbo Lice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Floyd comes to the cage accompanied by Sheep. Lice is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sepultura - Refuse/Resist. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lice swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Floyd will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Floyd fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lice has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lice is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

enabling Floyd to counter with a crisp jab.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lice enables Floyd to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lice manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Floyd remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
