The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Laselva stuck in half guard on the bottom here.

Laselva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in The's guard.

Laselva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The gets caught flat footed, as Laselva shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Laselva slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Laselva works to advance to full mount. The defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
