Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul comes to the cage accompanied by DMX. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Evan Riley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley closes the distance but Paul moves to the side
and Paul counters with a stiff right hand.

Riley closes the distance and clinches.

Riley gets control of Paul's arms and successfully pulls guard. Riley will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Riley working for a triangle but Paul defends it easily.

Paul thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Paul stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riley swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Riley looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Paul has picked Riley up and slammed him! Riley can't keep hold of the triangle and Paul manages to pass to side control!

Riley tries to control but Paul manages to take his back.
Paul scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

Paul is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Riley with him. Riley is trying to defend but Paul has an arm under the chin now! Riley grimaces and is forced to tap out!
