Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Akai Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Vicious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Vicious's choice of entrance music: Sid's Entrance. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Aoki has a takedown stuffed.

Vicious scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Vicious tries to score with some ground and pound. Aoki controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Vicious moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
It looks like Vicious might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Aoki sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Vicious really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aoki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Vicious throwing shots but Aoki is blocking nicely.
Aoki is not content to let Vicious control the position.

Vicious looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Aoki with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Vicious thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Vicious wants to free his trapped foot but Aoki is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Aoki is looking for a sweep. Vicious is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vicious is figuring out what he wants to do next.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Aoki is trying to stand up here but Vicious is controlling him well.
Aoki is breathing heavily.

Vicious lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vicious in particular looking to stall.

Vicious winds up and cracks Aoki with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Vicious lands a big elbow - Aoki is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Vicious!
