The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose checks a low kick from Cod.

Rose instigates a clinch.
Cod drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rose makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

It looks like Manny Cod has been cut.

Cod tries for a takedown but Rose manages to get underhooks.
Rose lands a nice elbow.
Cod managing to block the knees to the body from Rose.
Rose is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cod is defending well for now.

Rose pushes Cod against the cage. Rose is working some dirty boxing. Rose pushes off with a quick right hook! Cod goes down! Cod tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Rose moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
