Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Booker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dejan Plecas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dejan Plecas looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Booker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dejan Plecas!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Booker counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Plecas!

Booker looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Booker is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Plecas to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Plecas shrugs it off.
Booker sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Booker is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Plecas is surviving well by controlling Booker's body position as best he can.

Booker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Plecas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Booker dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Booker is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Plecas pulls his head out easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Booker has his hands clasped together around Plecas's back. He's all about the action.
Plecas is trying to control. Booker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Plecas might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Booker kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Dejan Plecas has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Booker moves into the clinch.
Plecas fails to pull guard.
Booker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Plecas is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Booker jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Plecas walks away with a smile on his face. Booker gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Booker. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Booker counters with a nice double leg into side control. Plecas won't be happy with that.

Booker tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Booker has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A close second round but Dejan Plecas will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Dan Booker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Booker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Plecas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
