Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Smask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johny Jones looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smask moves to clinch but Jones breaks away
and Jones counters with a nice uppercut.
Jones looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Smask is looking to clinch.
Good work by Jones as he checks the leg kick.
Jones stuffs the takedown.
Smask tries a head kick but it misses.
Smask moves to clinch but Jones breaks away
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Smask shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side.
Smask misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smask darts in trying to clinch
and Jones counters with a lovely straight right hand!
No luck for Smask with that takedown attempt.
Johny Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Smask.

Smask lands with a good body shot.
Smask has a takedown stuffed.

Smask tries to keep at a distance but Jones has taken the fight into the clinch.
Smask drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jones pulls his leg out and moves away.
Smask closes the distance looking to clinch

and Jones counters by clinching up.

Jones has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Smask regains guard immediately.
Jones thows a big elbow that misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Smask controls Jones momentarily but Jones frees himself.
Smask manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.
Smask wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
Smask tries to stand but Jones is controlling from the bottom.
Jones is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jones can't keep his opponent in guard - Smask advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Smask is looking to take a break and control but Jones is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jones wants to improve his position but Smask is controlling well.
Smask works his way into full mount!
Jones really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Smask trying to control but Jones is having none of it.

Smask is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Smask!
