Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joao Granada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoban Washburn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Granada's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Vida Loka - Racionais MC's. Washburn has chosen Magic Carpet Ride as his entrance music. Joao Granada had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Granada throws a right hand that misses
and Washburn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Washburn takes one to the chin there.
Granada shoots in for a double leg but Washburn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Granada is looking to clinch.

Granada forces Washburn back against the cage and clinches.
Washburn is leaning against Granada and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Washburn lands with a short head shot on the inside.
