The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Surenov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Valuev was covering up waiting for the punch and Surenov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Valuev has his feet on Surenov's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Surenov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Valuev Throws a clean left jab. Valuev Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Surenov's chin! Surenov crumbles to the ground and Valuev follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Valuev!
