Thompson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is All In The Family. Carl Romero has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero throws a nice looking combination but Thompson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Romero walks forward, straight into a front kick from Thompson.

and Thompson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Thompson gets in close and instigates a clinch.

It looks like Carl Romero has been cut.
Romero swings widly with a right hand
and Thompson counters with a low kick, right behind Romero 's knee.

Thompson feints and then cracks Romero's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Romero down.

and Thompson makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Romero really felt that one!
