Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dane Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnell Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Richardson has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Donnell Richardson!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack takes a jab right on the kisser.
A swing and a miss from Mack.
Richardson lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Mack sprawling to the canvas. Richardson follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Mack hang on?
Mack is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mack is not content to let Richardson control the position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Mack manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Richardson with a flurry of punches that miss.
Richardson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mack. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Richardson lands a couple of digs.
Mack working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Richardson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Richardson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Richardson stands up and waves to Mack to follow him.

Richardson lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Mack fails with the takedown
and Richardson counters with a straight right hand.
Donnell Richardson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Richardson misses with a two punch combination.
Mack is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Richardson.
Mack shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Richardson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mack!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mack is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Mack is looking to improve his position but Richardson isn't that keen on the idea.

Mack defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Richardson.
Richardson wants to control the pace but Mack is squirming around nicely.
Richardson is landing with some decent strikes but Mack is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Richardson with shots to the head and body - Mack looks very uncomfortable down there.
Richardson controlling the position easily from mount.
A big strike lands for Richardson! That's really hurt Mack and he's turned his back - Richardson keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Richardson jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
