Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between David Beaulieu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Olais (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peter Olais will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Beaulieu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Olais!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beaulieu closes the distance and clinches up with Olais, looking for a takedown. Beaulieu pushes Olais against the cage but Olais circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Olais changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Beaulieu tries to avoid it but Olais manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Beaulieu to the ground. Beaulieu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Beaulieu gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Beaulieu could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Olais is looking to stand up but Beaulieu won't let him.

Olais goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Beaulieu is on top in guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Beaulieu goes for a takedown in the clinch but Olais prevents it.

Olais closes the distance and clinches up with Beaulieu, looking for a takedown. Olais pushes Beaulieu against the cage but Beaulieu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Olais has control of Beaulieu's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Beaulieu regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Olais had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Beaulieu is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Olais Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Beaulieu's back instead.
