Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iov Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grimjaw Jaegerjack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedorov comes to the cage accompanied by Era - enae Volare Mezzo. Jaegerjack is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: -. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaegerjack falls off balance throwing a combination
and Fedorov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jaegerjack moves out of range of the leg kick from Fedorov.
Fedorov closes the distance and clinches up with Jaegerjack, looking for a takedown. Fedorov pushes Jaegerjack against the cage but Jaegerjack circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jaegerjack loads up on a big right hand but Fedorov slips the punch.
Fedorov tries for a takedown but Jaegerjack sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

and Jaegerjack counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Iov Fedorov has been cut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Iov Fedorov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A combination from Jaegerjack does no damage.

and Fedorov counters with a single leg into guard. Jaegerjack didn't expect that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fedorov missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Jaegerjack wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Fedorov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jaegerjack on the ground.
Jaegerjack manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fedorov manages to get himself to full guard.
Fedorov is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Jaegerjack is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Grimjaw Jaegerjack hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Fedorov misses with an uppercut. Jaegerjack saw that one coming.
Fedorov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Jaegerjack counters with a crisp one two that drops Fedorov! Jaegerjack thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Fedorov to his feet! Fedorov is in big trouble!

Fedorov is rocked!

Jaegerjack is stalking Fedorov. Fedorov circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Jaegerjack, and it's lights out! Fedorov really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
