Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Creedence Clearwater Revival: Down On The Corner . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Thompson throws the left hand but Filipovic avoids the punch easily.

and Filipovic makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Oh Filipovic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thompson fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Filipovic to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Filipovic looks to clinch but Thompson throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Filipovic taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
