and Oliveira cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Max throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Oliveira tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Max is in Oliveira's guard.
Oliveira is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Oliveira is looking for a triangle here but Max uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Max lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Oliveira is in all sorts of trouble here.
Max postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Oliveira badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Max around the waist but Max pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Max is the winner by TKO! Max jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
