The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nahka tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Paukuttaja manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Paukuttaja scores with a nice right hand.
Nahka throws a nice looking combination but Paukuttaja bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Nahka has his takedown stuffed
letting Paukuttaja counter with a right hand.
Paukuttaja slaps away a takedown attempt from Nahka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Paukuttaja lands a really nice looking cross but Nahka seems unphased.
Paukuttaja looks to score with a jab to the body but Nahka is just out of range.

Nahka closes the distance and clinches.

Paukuttaja blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Paukuttaja lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Nahka backwards.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Paukuttaja creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Paukuttaja wants to break free but Nahka has control.

Nahka is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Paukuttaja tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Nahka's elbow.
Paukuttaja lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Paukuttaja breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Nahka postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Paukuttaja is trying to buck Nahka off.
Nahka is trying to ground and pound but Paukuttaja uses the momentary lack of control by Nahka to regain half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nahka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Paukuttaja defends it well.
Paukuttaja is trying to stand up here but Nahka is controlling him well.

Paukuttaja has one foot on Nahka's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Oh Nahka is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nahka blocks a head kick by Paukuttaja.
Nahka seems to have got his legs back now.
Paukuttaja lands a jab to the nose.

Paukuttaja throws a hook but Nahka avoids it easily.

Paukuttaja drops Nahka with a beautiful combination! Nahka stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Paukuttaja is looking for the KO!
Nahka gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Paukuttaja gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Nahka is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
