Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Henry The Spida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antti Rannanjarvi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think The Spida might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to aqua. Rannanjarvi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spinal Tap - Stonehenge kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Antti Rannanjarvi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rannanjarvi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but The Spida moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rannanjarvi connects with a high kick.
The Spida takes a swing at Rannanjarvi's ribcage but misses.
A left lands for The Spida.
The Spida changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rannanjarvi tries to avoid it but The Spida manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rannanjarvi to the ground. Rannanjarvi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The Spida throws a half hearted mid kick.
Oh The Spida is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The Spida bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rannanjarvi tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Rannanjarvi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Rannanjarvi sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Rannanjarvi has one foot on The Spida's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
The Spida seems to have got his legs back now.
Henry The Spida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Spida connects with a jab.
Rannanjarvi misses with a two punch combination.

and The Spida cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The Spida fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rannanjarvi manages to avoid it.

Rannanjarvi pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns The Spida! Rannanjarvi unloads with more strikes and The Spida sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
