The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lands a front kick.
Drury fails to land the takedown.
Drury lands with an overhand left.
Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drury manages to avoid it.
Mick Drury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drury lands with a shot to the body.
Drury scores with a body shot.
Lee jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Drury lands with a good body shot.
Lee slips a straight right by Drury.
Drury drops his hands momentarily and Lee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Drury throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Drury fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Lee throws a hook but Drury blocks it.

Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Lee ducks under a wild hook from Drury.
Lee looks to throw the jab but Drury is out of range.
Drury is looking to wear down Lee with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Lee throws a looping overhand right but Drury ducks down to avoid it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Drury uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lee.
Drury looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lee lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lee looks to throw the jab but Drury is out of range.

Lee lands a left and a right that send Drury crashing to the mat, dazed. Lee thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

and Lee counters with a thumping low kick.
Oh Drury is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Drury. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Lee cracks Drury on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Drury falls backwards against the cage. Lee follows up with more strikes that drop Drury to his knees. Lee keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Drury! This one is all over!
