Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Krk Mrd!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Li drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Li thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Mrd struggling a bit here.
Mrd trying to control but Li flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Li is trying to stick to Mrd's back but Mrd is turning into Li. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Li's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Mrd.
Mrd must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Li had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mrd defends it easily.
Mrd wants to get up but he can't break Li's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Mrd thows a big elbow that misses.
Mrd trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mrd looking to sit in guard and control but Li gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Li drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Li seems to have locked his on tight now - Mrd screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Li, as he picks up the win!
