Funkyama comes into a darkened arena with his song building. kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sel throws a left and a right that both miss
and Funkyama cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Funkyama uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sel.
Sel waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Funkyama.
Sel pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Selly Sel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sel swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Funkyama counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Some wild striking there from Funkyama.
Sel lands a jab to the head.
Sel falls off balance throwing a combination
and Funkyama counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Funkyama drops Sel with a beautiful combination! Sel stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Funkyama is looking for the KO!
