The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa misses with the combination.

Balboa feints and as Dorkin raises his hands in defense, Balboa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Balboa drops back looking for a leg! Dorkin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dorkin manages to kick Balboa off! Balboa jumps back into Dorkin's guard.

and Balboa counters with a nice body shot.
Balboa's corner calls for a 1-2. Balboa obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Balboa drives through and clinches with Dorkin against the cage.
Dorkin tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Rocky Balboa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alan Dorkin.

Balboa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Balboa swats away the attempt to clinch by Dorkin.
Balboa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
