The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan with a poor takedown
and Giguere counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ryan! Giguere lets Ryan back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Giguere wants to sweep here but Ryan controlling him for the moment.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Ryan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Giguere looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Ryan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Giguere is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Giguere tries to improve position but can't.
Ryan swings around for an armbar but Giguere sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ryan's guard.

Giguere really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ryan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Giguere has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ryan celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
