Play has chosen Lil Wayne ft Chamillionaire - Rockstar as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Play has his takedown stuffed
and Gomes counters with a nice uppercut.
Gomes throws a lazy right hand but Play sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Gomes drops Play with a nice combination! Gomes dives into Play's guard, looking to finish!

It looks like Juana Play has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Play throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Play is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gomes is aware though and is defending well.
Gomes postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Play looking for a guillotine here but Gomes defends easily.
Play is trying to keep Gomes in close.
Gomes controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Gomes has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Play to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Gomes is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Play pulls down on the head and he's put Gomes to sleep! This one is all over!
