Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Slayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Strife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Andrew Slayton has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slayton's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Strife connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Slayton scrambles back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

John Strife seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Slayton counters with a huge left! Strife is in big trouble! He's backing up but Slayton isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Strife from any more damage. A dominating finish by Slayton!
