Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kubla Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eirik Teigen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes into the arena with Xanadu blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Khan lands with a cross.
Khan misses with a few strikes there.
Khan throws a right and a left that both miss.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Teigen.
Horrible takedown by Teigen or perhaps it was just good defense by Khan which made him look bad.

Khan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Khan is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Teigen is controlling him.
Khan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Teigen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Khan wants to stand and escape but Teigen is having none of it.
Teigen passes Khan's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Khan is breathing heavily.

Teigen is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Khan is just riding it out for now. Teigen eventually gives up the hold.
Khan pushes Teigen off looking to stand but Teigen dives back in and keeps control.

Teigen is looking to take a break and control but Khan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Teigen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Khan doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Teigen.

Teigen is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Khan is looking to escape.

Teigen lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

You get the feeling that Khan really doesn't like being in this position too much.

You get the feeling that Khan really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Teigen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Khan's face.

Teigen postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Khan bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Teigen and the fight is over!
