The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sonato throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Quinn was covering up waiting for the punch and Sonato finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Sonato tries to free his leg and advance position but Quinn is retaining full guard.

Sonato drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Quinn dives on top into guard.
Sonato manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Sonato postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Quinn looks a forlorn figure.

Sonato is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Quinn has managed to escape the submission attempt.
